What grinds my gears are people who never learn. You know the type. They constantly ask your advice, and being the good friend that you are; you give it. However, your advice doesn't actually matter. There was really no point in you giving your opinion because they are still going to do what they want to do. They just never learn. They continue to make the same mistakes and then wonder why things are continuing to go wrong for them.

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results."

These people really do expect different results. They think that each time they make the same decision they made last time that it will have a different outcome. They think that it's the situation each time that makes the end result negative. Never do they think that they could be the problem or maybe the decision they're continuing to make over and over again is wrong.
